Just up the street from our dear friends at Magnolia Roots Luxury Salon Suites—this MedSpa is a place where beauty, wellness, and community come together. The original dream was to open within Magnolia Roots with our best girlfriends, but my dreams quickly became larger than my space. With business-minded women at your side, it's hard to contain a great plan, and we bittersweetly (it's a word now, just don't fact check it) grew before we could open for business!
We specialize in a range of rejuvenating services including tox, dermal fillers, IV hydration therapy, and luxurious scalp facials. With exciting new treatments on the horizon, we’re here to grow alongside the friends, family, and neighbors who make this town so special.

MEET THE FOUNDER & PROVIDER
Jessica Marsh, RN, BSN
Hey there, I’m Jess, a passionate and dedicated aesthetic nurse injector with a strong foundation in patient care and a deep love for helping others feel confident in their own skin. I began my nursing journey in 2014 after graduating from Randolph Community College, and I went on to earn my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Appalachian State University in 2016.
My professional background is rooted in hemodialysis, where I worked closely with renal patients and developed a deep appreciation for building long-term, trusting relationships with those I care for. While I’ve always loved nursing, aesthetics has been a long-standing passion of mine—and in 2024, I decided to fully pursue that calling.
In December 2024, I obtained my certification as a Tox and Filler Injector, and since then I’ve been actively gaining hands-on experience by shadowing and working with skilled injectors at local MedSpas. I stay committed to continuous learning in the ever-evolving field of aesthetics through ongoing education, training, and attending industry conventions.
My approach is always centered around safety, precision, and enhancing your natural beauty. I believe in results that look and feel like you—just refreshed, confident, and glowing. I can’t wait to meet you and be part of your journey toward feeling your absolute best.

Dr. Shannon Arora
Dr. Shannon Arora is a dedicated medical professional with expertise in both advanced medical aesthetics and evidence-based weight loss solutions. With several years of experience managing complex medical patients, Dr. Arora specializes in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and medical weight loss to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
Blending science and artistry, Dr. Arora adopts a holistic approach, ensuring patients look and feel their best. Her deep understanding of aesthetics and wellness underscores her comprehensive, patient-focused care philosophy.
